Our Work

In addition to out ministerial work,  empowerment through self-sufficiency is our priority objective.  MA'AT URBAN AGRICULTURE & INDUSTRY was created to reunite us with a natural way of living. Growing your own food, recycling rainwater, and using ingenuity to build a functional urban homestead. Building your own home is a goal we want others to obtain. Aircrete, a combination of foam and concrete, is a cost-effective, durable, and weather-resistant material that is used to build homes. Educating others and equipping them with skills is the purpose of our Aircrete Training Retreats.

Evolve Education Center & Community Garden

Our team has the opportunity to create a community garden that will serve as a self self-sustaining source of nutrition for our temple and the community around us. In addition to the garden plans are underway to turn the former facility into a learning center, where hands-on skills will be taught.  As with our ministry the goal of this project is to create a hub of knowledge, community, and self sustainability.
